Envision, create and implement finely-honed motivational presentations designed to educate and challenge conference event attendees in a relaxed and interactive environment. Present seminars to hospitals, insurance agencies, educators and private clinics that focus on a broad range of topics—from personal potential to customer service—inspiring performance and addressing industry-specific concerns, including malpractice and patient services.
Selected accomplishments:

  • Developed and delivered three Continuing Education (CE) courses utilized by health insurance agents to fulfill State of California continuing licensure requirements.

During tenure, developed 7 targeted training courses currently still implemented as best practice. Directed full-scale training at all functional levels including new hires
(40 per week), managers, internal program trainers, and company executives.
Selected accomplishments:

  • Efforts played key role in reducing division turnover rates from 39% to 11%, saving over $4Million. 
  • Increased national scope of corporation through speaking at company sponsored events both internally and externally; received highest rating of any presenter for most events.  
  • Recognized for exceptional performance and positive contributions to company growth and expansion; selected as the top team member in the company.
